Reforestation Initiative

Global Humanity's reforestation and tree planting initiative is an ongoing environmental project focused on restoring green spaces, supporting biodiversity, and encouraging long-term climate responsibility.

Autumn 2026 - National Coverage

Global Humanity's reforestation and tree planting initiative is an ongoing environmental project focused on restoring green spaces, supporting biodiversity, and encouraging long-term climate responsibility.

The project is built around the importance of planting trees, protecting natural areas, and restoring spaces that have been affected by urban expansion, pollution, wildfires, or environmental degradation. By increasing green cover, the initiative supports cleaner air, healthier soil, improved biodiversity, and more resilient local environments.

Since the peak tree-planting season in Lebanon takes place during autumn and winter, the project is currently in its planning and preparation phase. We are working on identifying suitable planting locations, coordinating with communities and partners, preparing volunteers, and developing the right framework to ensure that the initiative is carried out responsibly and sustainably.
